Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Talent2Role, operated by Quantum Task AI, Dubai, UAE. Last updated: 5 September 2026. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Talent2Role analyses career evidence you provide against public workforce frameworks (for the Cyber edition, the NICE Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity, NIST SP 800-181 rev. 1) and produces readiness scores, gap analyses, learning plans, reports, badges and credentials. Credentials are registered and signed by Talent2Role and carry one of two tracks — evidence-aligned (your self-reported evidence, analysed) or knowledge-verified (you also passed a timed knowledge check). The issuing policy and the method describe them. Some modules are free (the Capture and Map stages, your top-role result, the Certificate of Mapped Skills, the knowledge check and Studio cards); the full report and the remaining modules are a one-time purchase.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or hold a credential.
2. Important limits — please read
- Talent2Role and Quantum Task AI are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by NIST or the U.S. Government. The NICE Framework is used as a public-domain reference taxonomy.
- Scores, reports, badges and certificates reflect an automated analysis of information you yourself provide. They are not examinations, licenses, accreditations, or guarantees of competence, employment or any career outcome.
- Salary, market and timeline figures are indicative estimates, not promises.
- The Service provides career information, not professional, legal or financial advice.
- Not an employment-selection tool. Talent2Role is a career-development and workforce-planning tool. It is not designed or validated for employment selection. Scores, credentials and reports must not be used as the sole basis for any hiring, promotion, pay or termination decision. Organisations may not use the Service to screen or rank candidates without a separate written agreement that assigns responsibility for bias testing and legal compliance in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Knowledge checks are online and unproctored. Tab switches and paste attempts during a sitting are counted and recorded on the result (see the integrity policy). We do not use webcams, screen recording or keystroke logging.
3. Your account & data
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the Service.
- Credentials you issue are stored in a public registry record (holder name, work role, scores, track, method versions, status) that anyone with the ID can view at /v/<id>; your e-mail address is stored only as a salted hash. Sharing a credential is your decision and responsibility.
- Before your first credential you confirm the honour statement: that the evidence is your own and accurate, that you are 18 or older, and that you sit any knowledge check yourself without assistance. A credential issued on false evidence, or a sitting taken by someone else, may be revoked; revocation is shown on the public record.
- You may dispute any matched statement in the app (it stops counting immediately) and any result or revocation by e-mail; a person reviews and replies with reasons.
- Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misrepresent generated credentials as third-party certifications; submit another person's data without authority; attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape it; or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans & payment
The Explorer plan is free. The Role Readiness Report is a one-time purchase (US$19, or the AED equivalent shown at checkout) that includes 90 days of Professional access; a one-year option is also a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored by Talent2Role — payments are processed by Ziina. Team plans are provided as described in their agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Availability & changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, add or remove features, and will make reasonable efforts to preserve your stored profile data across updates. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice, during which you may export your data.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Task AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for hiring, employment or investment decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or AED 100 if you paid none).
8. Intellectual property
The Talent2Role name, design, engine and generated report formats are the property of Quantum Task AI. The NICE Framework is a publication of NIST and remains in the public domain.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
